Bellbrook Increases Water Rates ; City Council Votes to Raise Fees 2.2 Percent, Effective April 1

Only the rates for meters threefourths inch or larger (bigger than residential meters) will not be adjusted, according to four motions passed by City Council. The increased rates will affect all residential districts and tap-in fees.
