BEAVERCREEK -- Acting on tips from "many residents" that some property owners in the district were not paying their fair share of taxes, Beavercreek school officials said they filed in the Greene County Auditor's office complaints on 13 properties.
However, two days after a Dayton attorney filed the documents on behalf of the district, officials spoke with county Auditor Luwanna A. Delaney and realized that they erred. District officials said Friday that they planned to dismiss the complaint.See the full content of this document
