BEAVERCREEK -- Receiving lifts from an unlikely source and a consistent one, Beavercreek won the Greater Western Ohio Conference Central Division boys soccer title Tuesday with a 2-1 defeat of visiting Fairmont at Frank Zink Field.

The Beavers, who surrendered just their sixth goal of the season, got two scores from junior Zach Lemke en route to their third GWOC crown in five years. Lemke entered the contest with three goals.
