Although the many bazaars planned for this fall in the Miami Valley have their individual attractions -- from fiber art to quilted placemats to candy cane hunts -- they all can provide crafty and distinctive gifts and collectibles for even the most discerning of shoppers.

Holiday Craft Show: Gifts, decorations, and floral arrangements by local crafters and bake sale. Lunch will also be available. Lakota West Arts & Crafts Show: Annual juried Arts & Crafts show with more than 220 indoor booths. Sponsored by the PTSO and all proceeds benefit student programs and scholarships. 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today, Oct. 4, at Lakota West High School, 8940 Union Centre Blvd., West Chester. $1 admission.
