More than 200 posters bearing the likenesses of famous authors are up for auction at Books & Co. in the Town & Country Shopping Center, 350 E. Stroop Road.

Project Read, the Miami Valley Literacy Council and the Kettering Family Literacy Program will once again share in the proceeds for the 12 annual literacy awareness/fundraising event sponsored by the bookstore. A silent auction is already in progress and the live auction of 20 of the most popular writers will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Event auctioneer is Charley Schuerholz with local radio personalities as MCs.
