BEAVERCREEK -- Homeowners around The Greene called, e-mailed and wrote to the Dayton Daily News after an article about Greene County issuing $5.75 million in "revenue notes" to finance road improvements for the development.
The notes will be sold to investors to be paid through special assessments by the city of Beavercreek to Steiner and Associates, developer of the shopping center and mixed use development, west of Interstate 675 at Indian Ripple Road.See the full content of this document
