Antioch Co. is soliciting offers to sell its Antioch Publishing division, which dates to the company's 1926 founding and sells bookmarks and other accessories to bookstores nationwide.
But the division accounts for less than 5 percent of the parent company's revenues and is no longer a good fit with Creative Memories, the scrapbooking albums and supplies business based in St. Cloud, Minn., which generates 95 percent of the parent company's revenues, said Lee Morgan, president and chief executive officer, whose father founded the Yellow Springs company.See the full content of this document
