ANNA -- Last May, Anna High School senior and Future Farmers of America President Dustin Homan was elected as the Ohio vice president of FFA, and this summer, during a plenary session for the October national convention, he met a man who has experience with elections, as well -- the president of the United States.

Homan met President George Bush during a July trip to Washington, D.C., where the FFA state presidents and one other officer from each state met to plan and discuss the issues to be presented to the membership this fall.
