CINCINNATI -- Bengals right offensive tackle Willie Anderson is speaking and he hopes 52 teammates are listening.

On a day when free safety Madieu Williams (sprained left shoulder) was ruled out for Sunday's game against Green Bay -- and faces being shelved for the season -- and rookie linebacker David Pollack (left knee) and rookie center Eric Ghiaciuc (right ankle) were listed as questionable, Anderson believes it's important for two things to happen in the wake of the club's humbling 27-13 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
