Peoples Community Bank, which has struggled for months under the weight of millions of dollars in loan losses, is selling itself to another southwest Ohio bank.
Peoples identified the buyer as CenterBank, which began operating in 2000 and is headquartered in Milford, just east of Cincinnati in Clermont County.
