DAYTON -- A Montgomery County grand jury has indicted a 20-year- old man Dayton police said gunned down a leader of the Dayton View Hustlers gang in April.

Chamare Mays, in the county jail in lieu of $1 million bond, faces a felony murder charge in the April 16 shooting of Thomas "Tom- Tom" Watson at College Hill Park as Watson was playing basketball.
