BATAVIA -- A man accused of killing his foster son, developmentally disabled Marcus Fiesel of Middletown, wants new attorneys for his Feb. 26 trial on a charge of murder.
David Carroll Jr., 29, mailed a handwritten letter to Judge Jerry R. McBride of Clermont County Common Pleas Court last week asking the court to appoint new representation.See the full content of this document
