COLUMBUS -- The Ohio Department of Transportation plans to spend $287 million on three projects that will reshape Interstate 75 in Montgomery and Warren counties.

The money is part of $1.9 billion the department plans to spend on highway projects next year. That's "the largest investment in Ohio's transportation system in state history," the department said.
