XENIA -- Authorities said Phillip K. Cordell took his childhood friend Timothy Harris' 1987 Toyota Celica to a local scrap yard in December 2004 just days before Harris was found dead in his Yellow Springs home.

"I think he took it there to sell it," said Stephen K. Haller, Greene County Prosecutor. "I don't think it was an attempt to conceal evidence."
