Pearl Harbor Project Design Rooted in Kettering
When ground is broken Wednesday, Nov. 5, for a new $32 million museum and visitor center at the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor in Honolulu, there will be a local connection. The project manager and designer of the historic project is Bill Hacker, 63, the son of Kettering artist Homer Hacker, and a 1963 graduate of Fairmont High School in Kettering.
