Couple Fought in Life, but Died in Love ; Michael and Bobbi Sue Abshire, Who Survived Divorce Filings and Domestic Disputes, Were Killed in a Car Crash Last Week.

At 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Michael Abshire called his mom. It was Sept. 16, just a month after his wife, Bobbie Sue, had given birth to the couple's second son. Michael and Bobbie Sue were on a date at Dixie Cowgirls on North Dixie Drive in Harrison Twp., and they were having a blast. Their kids were with Bobbie Sue's sisters, and Michael was trying to master the fine points of mechanical bull riding.

Turner Wants Details On Loss of 672 Laptops

WASHINGTON -- How can the agency whose job it is to count the U.S. population lose 672 laptop computers and not know? That's the question of U.S. Rep. Mike Turner, R-Centerville, after the Commerce Department reported it lost 1,138 laptops since 2001 -- including 672 from the Census Bureau and 325 from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
