MORAINE -- General Motors Corp. and the union for hourly workers at its Moraine sport utility vehicle plant have reached tentative agreement on a deal that could ensure new work in upcoming years for the plant, the company and union said Wednesday. It is subject to ratification by Local 798 of the International Union of Electronic Workers-Communications Workers of America, which represents the plant's hourly work force of about 3,800 production employees.
