DAYTON -- Police arrested China Arnold in the death of her infant daughter, saying she "admitted to committing the offense," according to a court document filed to seek an arrest warrant. Her month-old daughter, Paris Talley, died Aug. 30, 2005. Authorities believe she had been burned in a microwave oven.

KETTERING -- Town & Country Shopping Center will be getting a $5 million makeover, making it look more "town" than "country." The three-year redevelopment will give a downtown appearance to the 56-year-old shopping center at Stroop Road and Far Hills Avenue, Frank Petruziello, spokesman for owners Skilken/CASTO, said Thursday.
