Seen&Overheard

THESE LIP GLOSSES ARE TARTE. I'm a sucker for great makeup, so these lip-gloss duos by tarte cosmetics didn't have to do much to get my attention. Not only do they snap apart so that I can carry just one in the tiniest of purses, they also have cheeky little names for their gorgeous shades. Sold at tartecosmetics.com, sephora.com and beauty.com, the double-ended glosses are named after famous couples. Now all the meat comes in as primal cuts, and the only bone in the store is in the T-bone stea...

SPAGHETTI TWIRLERS IN MESSY MAJORITY Back when the American family first ate spaghetti, Grandpa probably cut his with knife and fork. Grandma, being a little more aware of food ways, may have twirled hers on a fork steadied in a big spoon.

Needaquick Fix? ; Expert Provides Solutions to Common Beauty Woes

KETTERING -- Judging from the array of products on the demonstration table in front of them, the women gathered at Books & Co. last Thursday night might have assumed the guest author was a cleaning expert a la Heloise. There were bottles of Listerine and Dawn dish washing liquid, a box of Bounce and a spray can of Pam. There was Elmer's Glue and Miracle Whip, Pam and Cool Whip.
