What Would You Do with the Arcade?

What would you do with it? The much-loved, long-vacant Arcade in downtown Dayton finally has a new owner - Anthony Staub, a local developer who was given the building by longtime owner Tom Danis this week. Staub, who has managed several other property rehabilitations in the area, says he wants to hear ideas for how to use the five-building complex. "I think that everyone needs to be involved," he says.
